Marketing Associate

Job Summary: 
The Marketing Associate will support Aerogen sales and marketing objectives.

Authority Assignment:
During periods of absence, the VP, Marketing and Associate Director, Program Management have the authority to act on behalf of the Associate Director, Marketing in any and all matters other than those that cannot be deleted.

The role of Marketing Associate will include, but not limited to:
• Strategic ownership of the Aerogen digitial, print and social media promotional and advertising programs.. 
• Development and execution of an integrated Aerogen communication strategy with direct to customer, partners and prospects through multiple marketing channels. 
• Full ownership of digital marketing campaigns to tie into the overall communications strategy. Creation, development and A/B testing for effectivity.  
• Support internal and external market research, e.g. customer surveys, feasibility studies and competitor analyses.
• Translation of Aerogen brand and marketing messaging into creative, compelling visuals, fliers, and other branded materials. Continually develop new ideas for design & execution. 
• Lead organization of Aerogen meetings/events and internal training. Development of Aerogen tradeshow strategy for regional and national tradeshow campaign.  
• Contributing to cross-functional project teams, including partnering with Aerogen global marketing as required.
• Administrative tasks as required. 
• Fulfilling any other duties relating to the Marketing function as may be required from time to time.

• 2+ years’ experience in similar role required. 
• BA/BS in Marketing.

Environmental Conditions:
Typical office environments, expected to undertake some travel in course of duties.
